Do I need a user account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating a user account on our website offers these benefits:

• Faster checkout process
• Easily track your order status and order history
• Receive updates about new releases and special offers

What if I forget my password?
Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page, and you’ll be directed to a page where you can create a new password.

What if I entered my email address incorrectly or my email address has changed?
Contact us to update your email address. While we can change your email address, name, and address, we cannot modify your order. Please ensure all address details are correct; otherwise, the package may be returned to us, or we may disregard the request to save time and effort.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?
When you purchase online with your credit card, all information is entered into a secure SSL web page. Your information is encrypted and transmitted directly to the credit card provider for authorization and processing. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers.

How can I modify or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or reject an order, or any part of it, at our discretion, even after the customer has received an order confirmation and/or the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been charged and the order is canceled, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

A cancellation fee of €0.50 applies to all orders canceled after being placed, regardless of timing. Note that orders already packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
